Job summary

ServiceNow is creating an executive role to lead the EMEA South business. Based in Paris or Rome, the EMEA South COO serves as deputy to the SVP, driving revenue and multi-country GTM programs across France, Italy, Spain, and beyond.

You will partner with Core Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and the Chief of Staff to shape strategy and governance, engaging at the C-suite level and guiding major deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales or sales leadership.
• Strong customer-facing experience at executive level with credibility.
• Experience coordinating multi-country GTM programs and deals.
• Ability to lead and develop senior teams in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South and represent regional leadership in meetings and engagements.
• Drive business performance and hold the organization to targets alongside the SVP.
• Overlook South Strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline coordination and customer adoption.
• Represent EMEA COO office in South region and ensure execution of Pan EMEA initiatives.
• Build and sustain senior relationships with customer executives across the region.
• Engage on strategic pursuits with sponsorship and deal coordination.
• Champion talent development with country managers.
• Share best practices across GEOs in leadership forums.
