ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Director, CEG EMEA Field Ops Lead to shape operational strategy and drive growth for the EMEA region. You will own cadence, metrics, and cross-functional execution across CEG, working with Finance, HR, and Sales to align on priorities and invest in scalable capabilities.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a large, matrixed organization, requiring executive presence, strong communication, and a passion for transforming post-sale

Competenze

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in tech strategy/ops, management consulting, delivery leadership, or customer success
• Experience supporting or leading field operations for large, geographically distributed post-sale or professional services organization preferred
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset and growth orientation
• Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and run cross-functional initiatives
• Proven leadership of teams and talent development in matrixed environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive presence

Mansioni

• Define and execute the operational strategy and annual operating plan for CEG across EMEA.
• Own the performance and health of the EMEA field organization with metrics, targets, and forecasts.
• Improve operating model, processes, and tooling for scalable field operations.
• Translate global CEG strategy into EMEA-specific priorities with clear line-of-sight.
• Partner with Finance and CEG leadership on headcount planning and investments.
• Prepare executive communications and board-ready materials about the EMEA story.
