TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a bilingual Solutions Consultant to support Italian and English-speaking customers in Sofia, Bulgaria. No tech background required; comprehensive training will prepare you to assist customers and maximize product experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional support for products and services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Master CRM and ticketing systems to meet customer needs.
• Engage customers via phone, email, and chat across channels.
• Resolve inquiries within SLAs using knowledge base and protocols.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling, first contact resolution, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve knowledge base.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and trends.
