A luxury yacht management company in Italy is seeking an experienced Sole Engineer for a 30m private/charter yacht. The position involves hands-on engineering work during refits and requires at least 2 years of experience. Candidates should be proactive, dynamic, and a team player. Relevant qualifications such as Y3 / STCW III/3 and a Seafarer Medical Certificate are needed. Competitive salary offered in Euros for a permanent role.

Competenze

Sole Engineer – 30m Private/Charter M/Y

Exciting opportunity for an experienced yacht engineer to join a new team and owner, on a busy private/charter vessel. The yacht will spend the winter in the yard for a refit so we are looking for a hands on engineer, who likes to get stuck into projects.

Start: 10th December

Itinerary: Single Med season, Winter base Italy/France

Package: Salary in Euros/ Permanent position

Experience/Skills required:

2 years’ experience as an engineer on yachts 30m+
• Proactive & problem-solving approach
• Dynamic, energetic, with a positive attitude
• Charter experience a plus
• Team player who is willing to assist in other departments as needed

• Y3 / STCW III/3 (preferred)
• Y4 / EOOW
• STCW (fully updated)
