Key Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain key features of the system.
2. Work with team members to devise design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
3. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.
4. Apply knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, and design techniques and approaches to design an integrated solution to address business requirements.
5. Interface with other engineers on the team for peer reviews and with a diverse set of customers (Program Managers, business stakeholders etc.) on understanding business objectives, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
