INNOCEAN is a global marketing and communications agency and we are looking for a Social Media Manager with solid hands-on experience and a strong strategic mindset, able to manage social projects independently and work directly with clients, including in English.

We're looking for a proactive, curious, idea-driven professional who contributes to brand growth not only through day-to-day management, but also through editorial planning, strategic thinking, and creative proposals.

What you'll do
  • Define and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Create and manage creative, data-driven editorial plans
  • Research trends, emerging formats, and cultural insights
  • Proactively propose ideas for content, series, and campaigns
  • Manage direct client relationships, including calls and presentations (in English when required)
  • Translate briefs and feedback into clear direction for creative teams
  • Oversee publishing, community management, and performance tracking
  • Analyze KPIs and results, turning them into actionable insights
  • Monitor competitors and industry best practices
Who you are
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with executional skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and curious
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and native content formats
  • Familiar with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Nice to have
  • Experience working on international enviroment
  • Experience working on automotive industry
  • Knowledge of paid social and collaboration with performance teams
  • Strong sensitivity to branding and integrated communication
  • Interest in experimentation, new formats, and the creator economy
  • Knowledge of the use of a variety of tools for managing, publishing, analyzing, and creating content, such as Spinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Postpickr, Google Analytics and specific tools such as Iconosquare (for Instagram) and Talkwalker Alerts for tracking mentions.
