We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Operations team in Italy.

What do we look for from you?
  • Coordinate the team of mechanical supervisors of GSS in Italy.
  • Conducting site visits to lead client relations: site and production managers, property or engineering.
  • Ensure HSE compliance.
  • Coordination of various assembly subcontractors.
  • Training on the correct installation of metal structures (tracker), following the indications of the Product Installation Manual.
  • Supervise the correct installation of the products during the different stages of construction: driving, metal structure, installation of panels.
  • Issuance of supervision reports.

Establish and control deadlines for the start and delivery of the work.

Verify the measurement on site.

Budget and resource control.

Handle issues.

  • Manage and supervise the correct execution of the Pull Out Test (POT).
  • Request for proposals for the execution of works on site, execution of Pull Out Test, supervision and assembly.

Check the invoicing of subcontractors, predict budget deviations.

Standardization of assembly processes, review or issuance of manuals and installation procedures.

Requirements:
  • Technical training in the mechanical branch or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in PV or 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in other sectors
  • Advanced Office, especially Excel management
  • Native Italian and Intermediate Level of Spanish or English
  • Availability to travel both nationally and internationally
