Mansioni

• Receives orders from the customer through 3rd party and enters the orders into the system.
• Enters received cargo into the system.
• Communicates with warehouse staff to coordinate preparation of shipments.
• Organizes load plan information and coordinates packing of truck using packing slips.
• Assures that the shipment will meet all customer specific shipping requirements.
• Tracks all inbound shipments.
• Conducts audits of shipments for accuracy and compliance.
• Sends vendor invoices to the accounting department.
• Maintains a clean and safer working area.
• Reports irregular issues, accidents, and problems immediately.

Job Description

This is a position responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily preparation of incoming and outgoing truck loads. This position is 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders from the customer through 3rd party and enters the orders into the system.
• Enters received cargo into the system.
• Communicates with warehouse staff to coordinate preparation of shipments.
• Organizes load plan information and coordinates packing of truck using packing slips; labels pallets; tracks inbound and outbound inventory daily for customers.
• Assures that the shipment will meet all customer specific shipping requirements.
• Track all inbound shipments.
• Sit-down Forklift
• Audits shipments for accuracy and compliance before they are released.
• Responsible for sending any vendor invoices to the accounting department and responsible for coding charges accurately.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safer working area.
• Reports all irregular issues, accidents, and problems to Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager immediately.
