Namirial seeks a Service Expert Intern in Milan to support daily operations, documentation, and customer interactions. You will collaborate with teams across departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with digital tools and business applications.

• Basic data entry and administrative management skills.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and organizational support to daily business activities.
• Manage documentation, filing activities, and data archiving.
• Support internal and external communications.
• Enter, update, and maintain information within company systems and databases.
• Assist colleagues with operational and back-office activities.
• Support cross-functional processes and business operations.
• Collaborate with teams located in Milan and Trezzano.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely support and assistance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency.
