Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Customer Support Intern in Milan to join the Customer Support department. The role focuses on delivering empathetic customer service, learning support tools, and contributing to an excellent customer experience.

This full-time internship offers real-world exposure in customer service and operations. You will support inquiries, help troubleshoot issues, document feedback in the CRM, and collaborate with Clinical and Sales teams.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
• Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
• Help maintain and update the knowledge base and FAQs.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Clinical, Sales) to resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve support skills.
