Job summary

Lexroom is seeking a motivated Customer Care assistant to support customers across chat, email and calls from our Milan base. You will shadow experienced colleagues, learn the product and processes, and gradually handle simple requests with guidance.

You are fluent in English, have a proactive, hands-on attitude, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-growing startup. Relocation support may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
