Heritage Holdings in Milan seeks a Client Operations Intern to join the Investment Office and support the team on client service, operations, and administration. You will help with onboarding, documentation, and regulatory processes while maintaining accurate records and coordinating workflows.

The role offers an international, English-speaking environment and requires ongoing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's studies, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage

Mansioni

• Support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Client Services team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across internal systems and documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation management, and regulatory processes.
• Coordinate and track operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide general administrative and project support across client service and business operations.
