The position provides mentorship and real-world customer service exposure, with a monthly gross allowance, and meal vouchers. Ideal candidates are pursuing related degrees and possess strong English communication and teamwork skills.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly.
