Career Opportunity

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager you will report to the Head of Sales, Italy, work full‑time from home, and directly impact revenue growth and client expansion across the B2B market.

Objectives
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding targets and increasing client spend.
  • Strategically expand existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Build client retention and loyalty with efficient renewal processes and repeat business.
Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for strategic accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new stakeholders and geographies within existing clients to unlock new revenue.
  • Build and execute robust account strategies that map decision‑makers and growth potential.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead complex negotiations for expansions and renewals.
  • Maintain a robust CRM pipeline, deliver reliable forecasts, and use market insights to inform strategy.
  • Partner closely with Client Success, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure program adoption and post‑sale growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–4 years in sales, account management or a similar commercial role with proven revenue growth.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through account expansion and complex deal negotiation.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers and ability to navigate complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate value propositions and lead high‑impact conversations.
  • Fluency in Italian and English required.
