Job summary

PayPal in Milan, Italy seeks a senior SMB Account Management leader to drive growth and retention across the in-market SMB organisation. You will set the standard for managed-book growth and mentor Account Managers while partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver customer value.

You will leverage AI to identify growth opportunities, coach the team, and optimize merchant outcomes with cross-functional peers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing account-management teams.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with leadership background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers against clear commercial outcomes.
• Master the use of AI to assess growth and retention opportunity across the book.
• Partner with Partner, Vendor, Product and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve merchant outcomes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the team's motions and act with focused business or process improvements.
