PayPal in Milan is seeking an Account Representative SMB to own end-to-end relationships for around 200 SMB merchants. You will protect existing margins and drive growth through consistent servicing, retention and selling in a high-volume book.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A hybrid work model is offered with in-person and remote collaboration.

Mansioni

• Qualify partner-sourced and AI-qualified leads, prioritising outreach against defined policies and procedures.
• Present standard onboarding and value propositions to merchants operating on partner platforms.
• Handle routine objections, close the right opportunities, and support a smooth path to PayPal acceptance.
• Keep accurate activity, pipeline and next-step records, and hand newly acquired merchants to AM1 or AM2 with complete context.
