Job summary

EPI-USE Labs is seeking an enterprise SAP sales professional to own the Sweden market from prospecting to close. You’ll lead negotiations, build a strong pipeline and coordinate with pre-sales, partners, and delivery for a unified client pitch.

With a strong SAP/HCM focus, you’ll expand direct and indirect channels, nurture C-level relationships, and collaborate with the Nordics team, while travelling within Sweden as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of enterprise SAP solutions or services sales.
• Comfort with running the full sales cycle yourself – prospecting through to close.
• Fluent English and fluent Swedish.
• Existing network of C-level or senior SAP/IT decision-makers in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory account plan for Sweden, covering net-new logo acquisition and growth within existing client accounts.
• Run regular business reviews on your territory, tracking pipeline health, forecasting, and progress against targets.
• Build and advance a qualified pipeline from early prospecting through to signed contract, including negotiations.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, partners, and delivery/customer success for a coherent client pitch.
• Manage and grow partner/channel relationships in Sweden to expand indirect sales.
• Build a network of SAP and HCM decision-makers in Sweden for current and future opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Nordics-wide team when opportunities span multiple countries.
• Travel regularly within Sweden is required.
