Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant specializing in Employee Central to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology landscape across Europe. This remote role requires translating business needs into scalable, best-practice solutions.

With 5-6 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience and SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, you will drive integration, data governance, and lifecycle workflows while

Qualifications

• 5-6 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central data models, MDF objects, business rules, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with EC integration patterns (Integration Center, OData APIs, Boomi) and architecture documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (on-premise) and hybrid landscape migration scenarios.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and agile/SAP Activate delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with alignment to HR strategy and SAP best practices.
• Evaluate requirements and advise on standard functionality vs. customization; produce design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Configure Employee Central and support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and import templates; lead build cycles and testing.
• Define integration architecture between Employee Central and downstream/upstream systems using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and Integration Center; ensure data quality and GDPR compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor on capabilities, roadmap, and release management; run workshops and assess SAP release impact.
