Arup is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, partnering with business leaders to define roles and deliver strategic hiring solutions in a dynamic, values-driven environment. You will map talent, leverage labour market intelligence, and drive inclusive candidate experiences from role definition to offer management.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
