Arup is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to design and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across Europe. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences.

You will leverage labour market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies, collaborate with European leaders, and continuously improve recruitment practices in a values-driven global environment.

• Significant experience with full-cycle recruitment from role definition to offer management.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner to senior stakeholders.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across European markets.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
