Arup is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, partnering with senior leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic solutions. You will drive inclusive candidate experiences, build talent pools, and continuously improve recruitment practices.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage labour market intelligence, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders while managing offers and closing roles efficiently.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences.
