Arup is seeking a senior talent acquisition professional to partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across the business.

You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, build long-term candidate relationships, and use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies while championing an inclusive candidate experience.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
