Arup is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across the region. You will lead end-to-end processes from role definition to offer management, building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
