Arup is seeking a senior recruiter to partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes from role definition to offer management, building strong candidate relationships and applying labour market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
