Arup is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to partner with European leaders, defining hiring needs and delivering strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships.

Use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve practices in a global, values-driven environment.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
