Arup is seeking a senior recruitment partner to define hiring needs across Europe and deliver strategic solutions. You will manage end-to-end processes from role definition to offer management, building strong candidate relationships and shaping inclusive experiences.

You will leverage labour market intelligence to guide sourcing strategies, lead projects with European business leaders, and continuously improve recruitment practices in a global, values-driven environment.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
