Arup in Europe is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, defining roles and managing offers while building strong relationships with candidates and leaders.

You will harness labour market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and continuously improve recruitment processes. The role emphasizes inclusivity and collaboration across European business units, requiring comfort with senior stakeholders.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
