ARUP is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Mantova, Lombardy, Italy to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with European business leaders, and drive inclusive candidate experiences. You will craft sourcing strategies using labour market intelligence and manage offers while building strong, long-term relationships with candidates.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices. This position offers the chance to work in a global, values-driven environment shaping meaningful projects.
