Experteer Italy is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across Europe. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences.

Use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment practices in a global, values-driven environment.

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent delivery.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Proven track record building inclusive candidate experiences.

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices. This position offers the chance to work in a global, values-driven environment shaping meaningful projects.
