Eaton Corporation in Lombardy, Segrate, is seeking a Senior Project Sales Engineer for Life Safety Division to lead commercial execution of complex projects in the region.

The role carries ownership of pricing, bid strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, back office, and sales teams to deliver compliant, high-value solutions for emergency lighting and fire systems.

Competenze

• Experience in Commercial and Institutional (C&I) building projects.
• 3+ years in life safety solutions (Emergency Lighting/Fire Systems).
• Proven ability to manage relationships with installers and contractors.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end commercial execution of project opportunities from lead qualification to tender conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, agents, and end users.
• Drive bid/no-bid decisions and manage projects within scope and strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver compliant, commercially viable solutions.
• Own pipeline, quoting, and commercial management across projects.
• Expand market impact by cross-selling and representing Eaton at industry events.
