Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant training or post-secondary degree.
• Experience in Commercial & Institutional (C&I) buildings or electrical installations is preferred, with a local network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities and plan territory and key accounts.
• Build relationships with installers, contractors, and agents network as the commercial partner.
• Lead opportunity discovery through project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure competitive responses.
• Own the tender process including pricing strategy and quotations.
• Influence specifications with contractors and end users to expand Eaton's offerings.
• Manage sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts and reviews.
