Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Project Sales Engineer for its Life Safety Division in Northern Italy, focusing on Lombardy. You will own the commercial aspects of tender projects, build strong installer and contractor relationships, and drive strategy to differentiate Eaton’s emergency lighting and fire systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage pricing and value optimization, and maintain a strong market position through industry engagement and deep regional knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial and Institutional building projects experience.
• Experience with life safety solutions (Emergency Lighting/Fire Systems).
• Proven ability to manage relationships with major installers and contractors in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial execution of project opportunities from lead qualification to tender conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, agents, and end users.
• Drive bid/no-bid decisions and manage projects aligned with Eaton strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver compliant, viable solutions.
• Own pipeline, quoting, and commercial management for project outcomes.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and represent Eaton at industry events.
