Eaton, a global power management leader, seeks a Senior Project Sales Engineer to own commercial aspects of selected tenders in Northern Italy, focusing on Lombardy and Veneto. You will manage relationships with installers and contractors, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive specification-to-sale conversion while protecting margins.

Based in Lombardy or Veneto, the role entails prospecting, pricing strategy, and cross-selling Eaton products through a robust account plan.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of experience within the Commercial & Institutional (C&I) project environment.
Experience with electrical installations, life safety systems, or similar fields is a plus.
Solid understanding of project-based sales dynamics and execution-phase stakeholders.

Mansioni

Qualify incoming leads and prospect new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
Plan and manage territory and account strategies to support growth.
Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Lead bid/no-bid decisions and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
Coordinate with Quotation Factory, Specification Engineering, and Back Office to develop compliant solutions.
Drive CRM updates and opportunity/quote management.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and steer opportunities to Eaton EWS/Direct Customers.
Design and present commercially viable, specification-compliant project solutions.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure accurate administrative activity.
