Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Deployment Strategist, Italian speaking, to own end-to-end AI deployment strategy for enterprise clients in Italy. The role combines strategic solutioning with hands-on design of agentic AI platforms and data cloud integrations.

You will lead design workshops, ensure governance, and manage delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers, while driving adoption and measurable business value for customers.

Competenze

• Requires 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; Agentic AI capabilities.
• Proficient in Python/JavaScript/Java/Apex; ability to lead complex engagements.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from identify to deploy to consume.
• Define AI strategy and architecture, lead workshops, design agentic AI solutions.
• Manage delivery timelines, communications, risks, and reporting for the engagement.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; drive measurable value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
