Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the Public Sector, Nonprofit & Education segments in Italy. You will own end-to-end customer engagements, define AI strategy, and ensure measurable adoption of agentic AI deployments across enterprise accounts.

The role is client-facing with cross-functional collaboration against tight timelines. The position emphasizes governance, change management, and delivering value from Salesforce's AI suite and Data Cloud.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run workshops and design sessions.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to hit milestones.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
