Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that live and deliver value. You’ll own multi-faceted engagements, shape AI strategy, and ensure measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Role requires strong Italian and English, 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery, and willingness to travel to customer sites. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Italy with room for growth.

Competenze

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required, not optional.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Programming knowledge in Python/JS/Java/Apex.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from discovery to outcomes.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Oversee delivery timelines, risk, and reporting for engagement delivery.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate delivery teams with engineers to hit milestones.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Manage senior stakeholders and present business-value outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management for clients.
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback.
