Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You'll work as part of a delivery team alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and generate real value.

The role focuses on end-to-end ownership, AI strategy, deployment oversight, adoption metrics, and collaboration

Competenze

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Customer-facing delivery experience (consulting or professional services)
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud
• Lead end-to-end engagements from discovery to measurable outcomes
• Experience in AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from identify → commit → deploy → consume
• Define AI strategy and architecture; run design workshops and agent design sessions
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and progress reporting
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; drive value realization
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Vibes
