Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders to define AI strategy and drive adoption for enterprise customers. You’ll lead engagements across the full value lifecycle and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required: 4+ years in strategic delivery, CS degree, and fluency in Italian and English; mobility to travel. Base salary in Italy ranges with incentives; benefits vary by grade.

Competenze

• 4+ years (6-10 for Senior) in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience required (consulting, services, advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform, Agentic AI, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Able to travel to customer sites as needed; business Italian + English.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from Identify to Deploy to Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and agent design sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and progress reporting for the delivery team.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes.
