Salesforce in Italy seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for flagship customers. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure production-grade deployments, and collaborate with deployment strategists to shape AI strategy.

You will mentor engineers, integrate LLMs, and work with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks while aligning with Salesforce security and governance standards.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; other languages welcome.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with multi-agent orchestration and guardrails.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions; provide deep technical guidance.
• Manage data lifecycles and integration across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs; build reusable assets and playbooks.
