Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders, responsible for delivering agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set standards for production deployments at scale.

You’ll own end-to-end architecture decisions, work with LangChain/LlamaIndex, integrate data platforms like Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into ship-ready

Competenze

8+ years of software engineering and technical delivery experience.
Integrated LLMs into production and enterprise AI deployments.
Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers.
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work.
