Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers—the Technical Builders responsible for delivering agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards for production deployments, partnering with Deployment Strategists to translate complex customer challenges into scalable AI systems.

You’ll own data lifecycles across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms, ship MVPs quickly, and build

Competenze

• 4+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with knowledge of others.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to influence the Agentforce roadmap.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure client success.
