Tiffany & Co. in Milan, Lombardy, seeks an experienced HR Administration and Payroll Manager to oversee employee administration, payroll execution, and HR data management in support of business growth and employee satisfaction.

You will manage HRIS, SOPs, compensation and benefits programs, and end-to-end payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data privacy across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in an HR Administration function with payroll and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills with high confidentiality.
• Proactive with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Own and manage day-to-day HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HRIS, ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Standardize HR processes and drive administrative improvements.
• Manage HR vendor relationships related to HR tech platforms and external services.
• Design, benchmark, and administer compensation and incentive strategies.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing with Finance and external vendors.
• Verify timesheets, tax withholdings, deductions, and filings.
• Resolve payroll inquiries and year-end reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and provide periodic HR metrics and audits.
