JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd. Italy seeks a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to lead local HR operations and ensure full compliance with Italian labour law.

The role acts as the in-market expert for employment regulations, policies, payroll inputs, benefits administration and all local HR processes, while liaising with employees, managers and payroll providers. The role requires strong HR business partnership skills, 5+ years in HR generalist or HR operations, and experience in retail fashion or cosmetics.

Competenze

• Degree in HR or related field; professional HR qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Experience in retail fashion and cosmetics is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance on local employment law and HR compliance.
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR records.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Collaborate with regional HR, payroll, and external providers.
• Coordinate work permits and visas where applicable.
