POP MART ITALY S.R.L. in Milan, Italy, seeks an HR & Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across Italy and Spain. The role reports to the HRBP and collaborates with external payroll providers (ADP) to ensure accurate data, timely closes, and compliance with local laws.

You will handle hires, terminations, salary updates, bonuses, payroll reporting and audits, contributing to continuous process improvements within POP MART’s HR operations in the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish an advantage.

Mansioni

• Act as a payroll and benefits contact across South Europe with HQ payroll teams and external providers.
• Assist HRBP in day-to-day HR operations, payroll and employee queries.
• Coordinate payroll activities to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records, reports and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support reward initiatives, benefits administration and compensation processes.
