Job summary

Tiffany & Co. invites applications for an HR Administration & Payroll Manager role supporting Southern Europe, based in Italy.

You will oversee payroll execution, HR data integrity, and competitive compensation planning across the region, ensuring compliance and efficient administration for a multinational luxury brand. You will manage HRIS, process improvements, and benefits programs while partnering with Finance and regional leadership to support growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in HR Administration with payroll and budget management.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills with high confidentiality.
• Proactive with strong prioritization.
• Experience in multinational companies is a plus; fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, privacy, and recordkeeping.
• Standardize HR processes, draft SOPs, and drive administrative improvements.
• Manage HR admin operations and vendor relationships related to HR tech platforms and external services.
• Collaborate with regional teams to design and administer fair total rewards (salary, bonuses, incentives).
• Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment.
• Monitor pay equity and support leadership with compensation budgeting and workforce cost analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing with Finance and external vendors.
• Verify timesheets, tax withholdings, deductions, and filings.
