How you will create an impact

• This role offers an opportunity to drive profitable growth in Financial Lines D&O by working on creative solutions for complex risks. You will be responsible for underwriting new and renewal business, leveraging your relationship-building skills.
• You will work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite, our value proposition, and to understand deal structures, terms, and products that best meet clients' needs. Negotiating pricing, terms, conditions, and deal structures with brokers and clients will be key.
• Generating new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market is essential. Collaboration with AIG Distribution territory managers and underwriters in other lines will help target desirable accounts and cross-selling opportunities.
• As a senior team member, you'll set a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients, providing an example for junior colleagues. You'll also mentor and train less-experienced underwriters and support their development in building broker networks.
