What you will do:

Analysis, review, and validation of royalty reporting processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Interpret complex licensing agreements and translate them into accurate royalty accruals, invoices, and reporting.

Maintain and improve royalty reporting systems by configuring rate plans, product definitions, and system parameters, in coordination with data, engineering and product managers.

Solid understanding of royalty management, licensing, or entertainment/media industry finance.

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills with ability to interact across functions and levels of seniority.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
