Anthropic Limited is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector in Italy. You will lead the entire sales cycle, educate public institutions on Anthropic’s AI productivity API and SaaS solutions, and drive revenue growth with central government ministries and regional agencies.

You’ll collaborate with GTM, Product, and Marketing to refine the value proposition for public sector decision-makers and to accelerate deployment of frontier AI in citizen services and administration.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies, including selling to public sector organisations in Italy.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles within public institutions and securing strategic agreements.
• Practical command of Italian public procurement, including tenders and framework agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate public sector organisations and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest or experience with advanced AI systems and their public-sector applications.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the public sector in Italy. Navigate complex public institutions to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and close deals.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to public procurement cycles, including tenders and partner routes to meet revenue quotas.
• Identify new use cases within ministries, agencies, and administrative departments; differentiate offerings for public sector applications.
• Navigate stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus among senior officials, IT leaders, and procurement offices.
• Lead conversations on data sovereignty, security, and compliance with our Security, Legal, and Product teams.
• Inform product roadmaps by gathering public-sector feedback to strengthen Anthropic's value proposition.
• Refine sales playbooks and templates to improve productivity and consistency across the team.
