Job summary

Orasio is seeking a Senior Client Executive to lead direct client engagement, primarily for on-premise deployments across public sector and large private operators in Italy. You will be the main point of contact and work with our Channel Manager to coordinate with integrators and delivery partners.

You will oversee complex sales cycles, ensure GDPR and privacy compliance, and drive adoption and long-term satisfaction from pre-sales through deployment, with a strong commercial and technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex B2B sales with on-premise or hybrid deployments.
• Experience selling to municipalities or via public procurement.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships from first contact to deployment.
• Strong GDPR/compliance awareness in sales cycles.
• Excellent communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts with public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with the Channel Manager to coordinate between clients and integrators.
• Guide clients through complex on-premise or hybrid deployments, ensuring feasibility and contractual clarity.
• Provide hands-on support during pilots, training sessions, and project launches—remotely or on-site as needed.
• Identify client needs and translate them into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Ensure each project meets legal and privacy standards, especially GDPR.
• Drive solution adoption and long-term satisfaction through strategic account management.
