Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced technical and business lead for a portfolio of strategic Italian Financial Services accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to shape strategy and deliver value-led solutions across Agentforce, Data 360, and more.

You will mentor the Italy SE team and work with cross-functional groups to drive adoption and revenue. Fluent Italian and English are required, with a background in banking/insurance tech transformations and experience guiding

Qualifications

8+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or architecture in Italian market.
Proven track record leading technical strategy on large enterprise deals.
Deep knowledge of CRM and digital transformation in banking/insurance/wealth management.
Strong grasp of generative and agentic AI, data unification, integration and security.
Executive presence, storytelling and value-selling skills.
Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
Fluent Italian and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Co-own account plans and white-space analysis with the AE for strategic Italian FS accounts.
Lead discovery, value workshops and executive briefings in Italian and English.
Design end-to-end architectures and deliver tailored demos, PoCs, and technical validation.
Manage RFPs and competitive positioning; orchestrate cross-functional resources.
Stay current on EU regulatory requirements and position Salesforce trust and data residency.
